a. P20121108 William Courtenay - Building of 20' wide crushed concrete road on legal easement on Lot C-1 to private fishing camp on Lot C-2, in Reggio, LA. Lot C-1 intersects with HWY 300, Delacroix Hwy. Lot C-2 backs up to the Reggio Canal on the southeast side of the property. St Bernard Parish approved 20' easement for Lot C-2 on the southern 20' of Lot C-1. Lot C-1 is 530' long. Road will be 20' wide x 530' long x 2' high.

34. Motion to accept the attached list (Attached as Exhibit RR) to institute condemnation procedures of structures that are not in compliance with section 5-1 (102.5), 5-1 (102.6) and/or 11-51 through 11-59 of the St. Bernard Parish Code of Ordinances. (Administration)
