This week's pet is a gorgeous, one and a half year old, white and Orange Domestic Shorthair by the name of Vixian. Vixian is very sweet and easy going. She has a mothering instinct that shines when she's around kittens and she loves to play with the babies. Vixian is fully vaccinated, litter box trained and would do great in any home.

Christian Fellowship Provides Free Breakfast and Lunch to Students all Summer Long

Christian Fellowship Church is excited to announce details for their 2014 Summer Feeding Program. During the summer, from June 2nd to July 25th, breakfast and lunch is provided to the children of St. Bernard at no charge. The Summer feeding Program will be closed on July 4th.

The Summer Food Service Program (SFSP) program provides nutritious meals to children who may not otherwise have access to healthy food when school is out. In St. Bernard, many students rely on free and reduced-price school lunches and breakfasts. But when the last bell of the school year rings, those children are at risk of going hungry. The summer food service program helps close the gap and ensure that these kids have access to nutritious meals all summer long.
