To submit a request, fill out the Public Records Request form (PDF). Then either bring it to the St. Bernard Parish Government Complex or email the completed form to Donna Lopez or Donna McClain.
To submit a request online, simply head on over to our Form Center and complete this form.
Parish Government does not maintain documents such as marriage certificates, divorce certificates, criminal certificates (Clerk of Court), or police reports(Sheriff’s Office).
