NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING VIA TELECONFERENCE

As a result of the COVID-19 emergency declared by the Governor of Louisiana (the “Emergency”), Governor Edwards has promulgated Proclamation JBE 2020-30 (the “Proclamation”) setting forth various options affecting the operations of local political subdivisions of the State of Louisiana like the Saint Bernard Tourist Commission.

Pursuant to Section 4 of the Proclamation, during the pendency of the Emergency, the Saint Bernard Tourist Commission may hold its monthly meeting by teleconference provided that the Saint Bernard Tourist Commission shall provide access for the public.

The next meeting of the Saint Bernard Tourist Commission is scheduled for Wednesday, May 20, 2020 at 5:00 p.m. The meeting will take place VIA Teleconference. The call-in number is 1-312-626-6799.
