RESOLUTIONS ADOPTED BY THE ST. BERNARD PARISH COUNCIL 2023

January 17, 2023

2282 (PDF) – A resolution respectfully requesting AT&T and Cox Communications to identify and repair all low hanging wiring and damaged utility boxes that pose a safety hazard to the residents of St. Bernard Parish.

2283 (PDF) – A resolution supporting the Administration’s execution of a lease agreement pursuant to the terms set forth in that certain letter of intent dated December 7, 2022, from Riverfront District Apartments Managers, LLC.

February 7, 2023

2284 (PDF) – A resolution expressing support of Plaquemines Parish Ordinance No. 23-17, an Ordinance reaffirming prohibition of any Plaquemines Parish-issued permit for authorization, construction and/or operation of any Mississippi River Sediment Diversion Project, and directing and authorizing any and all legal steps necessary to prevent harm to Plaquemines Parish, its citizens, its industries, its natural resources, its economy and its environment from aforementioned Mississippi River Sediment Diversion Projects and otherwise to provide with respect thereto.
