RESOLUTIONS ADOPTED BY THE ST. BERNARD PARISH COUNCIL 2025 January 7, 20252429 (PDF) – A resolution to convene an investigation into the actions of Parish Government and the related conduct of any Parish Official, Officer, Department, Office, Agency, or Contractor with regard to the proposed development of the Louisiana International Terminal. (FAILED) 2430 (PDF) – A resolution to oppose permit application #MVN-2021-00270-ESG filed by the Board of Commissioners of the Port of New Orleans with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers related to the Louisiana International Terminal.
